摘要
新质生产力作为推动经济社会高质量发展的核心动力,对职业教育人才培养提出了系统性变革要求。文章以新质生产力为理论基础,通过文献分析法梳理政策导向与产业需求,结合案例研究法剖析职业教育在人才培养目标、专业布局、教学模式及产教融合中的实践困境;阐述了以创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享的新发展理念为价值导向,培养具备创新能力、人机协同能力、绿色发展思维的复合型人才;提出新质生产力赋能职业教育人才培养的路径,构建与新质生产力发展相匹配的人才培养体系,彰显新时代职业教育的育人责任,以期为职业教育人才培养提供新思路。
The new quality productive forces,as the core driving force for promoting the high-quality development of the economy and society,has put forward systematic reform requirements for vocational education talent cultivation.Based on the theory of new quality productive forces,this article uses the method of literature analysis to sort out the policy orientation and industrial demands,and combines the case study method to analyze the practical difficulties of vocational education in terms of talent cultivation goals,professional layout,teaching mode,and integration of industry and education;it elaborates on the adoption of the new development concepts of innovation,coordination,greenness,openness and sharing as the value orientation,and aims to cultivate comprehensive talents with innovative capabilities,human-machine collaboration skills and green development thinking;it proposes the approaches for enabling vocational education talent cultivation through new quality productive forces,builds a talent cultivation system that matches the development of new quality productive forces,highlights the educational responsibility of vocational education in the new era,and aims to provide new ideas for vocational education talent cultivation.
