摘要
职业教育“人工智能+X”终身技能培训模式构建是传承技术技能和培养多样化人才的重要方式,也是教育强国建设的途径支撑。立足于新质生产力背景,加速构建职业教育“人工智能+X”终身技能培训模式有利于推进产业、科技、教育深度融合,实现终身技能培训体系高水平建设,开拓劳动者终身高质量充分就业通道。新质生产力视域下,从以“专业技能—岗位需求”为衔接点、以“培训进阶—职业规划”为连接线、以“校内教学—校外培训”为切合面的三维度出发,构建了职业教育“人工智能+X”终身技能培训模式。该体系的具体构建路径为:聚焦衔接点,精准定位“人工智能+X”终身技能培训目标;巩固连接线,全面畅通“人工智能+X”终身技能培养渠道;延伸切合面,协同探索“人工智能+X”终身技能培训联盟。
The construction of the"AI+X"lifelong skills training mode in vocational education is an important way to inherit technical skills and cultivate diverse talents,as well as a pathway to support the building of a leading country in education.Based on the background of new quality productive forces,accelerating the construction of the"AI+X"lifelong skills training mode in vocational education is conducive to promoting the deep integration of industry,technology,and education,achieving high-level construction of a lifelong skills training system,and opening up career channels for workers to achieve high-quality and full employment throughout their lives.From the perspective of new quality productive forces,this paper constructs the"AI+X"lifelong skills training mode in vocational education from three dimensions:using"professional skills-job requirements"as the connection point,"training progression-career planning"as the connection line,and"on-campus teaching-off-campus training"as the fitting surface.The specific construction paths for this system are as follows:focusing on the connection point to precisely position the goals of"AI+X"lifelong skills training;consolidating the connection line to fully facilitate the channels for"AI+X"lifelong skills development,and extending the fitting surface to collaboratively explore alliances for"AI+X"lifelong skills training.
