摘要
目的建立测定抗抑菌制剂中违禁局部麻醉剂成分的方法。方法采用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱(UPLC-MS/MS)检测方法,对抗抑菌剂中违禁麻醉药物进行检测与评价。结果采用本研究建立的方法,检测8种卡因类麻醉剂质量浓度在0.5~30.0μg/L范围内线性均良好,线性相关系数r均>0.997;平均加标回收率为80.5%~106.1%,相对标准偏差为1.8%~6.1%,方法定量限为0.40~1.00μg/kg。结论所建立的检测方法便捷、高效、准确、灵敏,可用于抗抑菌制剂中的8种卡因类麻醉剂的批量快速测定。
Objective To establish a method for determining prohibited local anesthetic components in antibacterial products.Methods Ultra-high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS)detection method was used to detect and evaluate prohibited anesthetics in antibacterial products.Results Using the method established in this study,the detection of 8 types of caine anesthetics showed good linearity within the range of 0.5-30.0μg/L,with linear correlation coefficients greater than 0.997.The average spiked recovery rate was 80.5%-116.1%,and the relative standard deviation was 1.8%-6.1%,while the method quantification limit was 0.40-1.00μg/kg.Conclusion The established detection method is convenient,efficient,accurate and sensitive,and can be used for rapid batch determination of 8 types of caine anesthetics in antibacterial products.
