超高效液相色谱串联质谱法测定化妆品中26种香豆素类化合物的含量 被引量:1

Determination of 26 Coumarins in Cosmetics by Ultra⁃high Performance Liquid Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry

摘要 部分植物因含有较多的香豆素类化合物而被列入《化妆品禁用植(动)物原料目录》,为监测禁用植物原料的使用,建立了化妆品中26种香豆素类化合物的检测方法。使用甲醇超声提取,超高效液相色谱串联质谱分离检测,定量限为10~200μg/kg,香豆素类化合物在各自质量浓度范围内具有较好的线性关系,相关系数均大于0.99。该方法用于膏霜类、乳液类和水剂类化妆品基质,在低、中、高3个加标水平的平均回收率为70.3%~109.2%,相对标准偏差为0.9%~11.0%。方法操作简单、回收率高、精密度好、结果准确,适用于化妆品中香豆素类化合物的筛选检测。 Some plants were listed in Catalogue of Banned Plant(Animal)Ingridients for Cosmetics due to their high content of coumarin compounds.In order to monitor the use of prohibited plant raw materials,a method for the determination of 26 coumarin compounds in cosmetics was established.The samples were ultrasonically extracted with methanol,determined by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry.The limits of quantitation ranged from 10 to 200μg/kg.The results showed good linear relationships within their own mass concentration ranges for coumarins,the correlation coefficients were above 0.99.For creams,emulsions and water cosmetics,the mean recoveries at low,medium and high spiked levels ranged from 70.3%to 109.2%,with the relative standard deviations of 0.9%-11.0%.This method is simple and reliable,with high recovery rate and good precision.It is suitable for the screening and detection of coumarin compounds in cosmetics.
