东北区域采暖负荷研究

Research on Regional Heating Load in Northeast China

摘要 “双碳”目标提出后,节能减排、电能替代在能源电力领域广泛开展,电采暖在东北区域逐步推广应用,采暖负荷在整体用电负荷中所占的比例越来越高,对东北电网运行的影响越来越大。利用基准负荷比较法对东北区域近年采暖负荷进行测算,分析影响采暖负荷的主要因素,深入研究采暖负荷与气温之间的关系,细化分析工作日、休息日采暖负荷特点,掌握采暖负荷变化规律,明确电源、电网、负荷和储能各方面措施,以应对极端天气下采暖负荷激增对电网造成的冲击影响,对保证东北电网安全稳定运行具有重要意义。 After the“Dual Carbon”target is proposed,it widely carries out energy conservation and emission reduction,as well as electricity substitution in the field of energy and electricity.The proportion of heating load in the overall electricity load is increasing,which has a greater impact on the operation of the northeast power grid.By using the benchmark load comparison method to calculate the heating load in the northeast region,it analyzes the main factors affecting the heating load.It deeply studies the relationship between heating load and temperature,and the characteristics of heating load on working days and rest days detail.It masters the variation law of heating load and multiple measures such as power supply,power grid,load,and energy storage to cope with the impact of the surge in heating load on the power grid under extreme weather conditions.This is of significance for ensuring the safe and stead operation of the northeast power grid during the peak winter season.
