兆瓦级风电项目基于轮毂高度方案的限电率差异性研究

Study on Difference of Power Limiting Rate for Different Hub HeightSchemes in the Wind Power Project

摘要 以东北区域某建设期200 MW风电项目为例,探讨在“弃风限电”背景下,不同轮毂高度机型方案对限电率的影响。提出了相应计算分析方法,即确定基准方案并假设限电率,推算限功率运行规则,对比不同方案与基准方案差异,从而分析判断不同机型方案间的限电率差异。结果显示,随着方案中低轮毂高度机组台数增多,限电率数值呈下降趋势,且限电率越高,下降幅度越大;是否区别供暖期的综合限电率数值结果会有0.1%左右差异。研究结果可为风电项目投资决策、设计及招标等阶段提供一定的实践指导及评估依据。 Taking a 200 MW wind power project in the northeast region as an example,this study discusses the influence of different hub height turbine schemes on the power curtailment rates under the background of“wind abandonment and power curtailment”.The corresponding calculation and analysis method is proposed,that is,to determine the baseline scheme and assume the power curtailment rates,to deduce the power curtailment operation rules,to compare the differences between different schemes and the baseline scheme,and thus to analyze and judge the difference in the power curtailment rates between different turbine schemes.The results show that with the increase in the number of low hub height units in the scheme,the values of the power curtailment rates show a decreasing trend,and the higher the power curtailment rates,the greater the decrease;whether or not to differentiate between the heating period of the comprehensive power curtailment rates value results will be about 0.1%difference.The results of the study can provide certain practical guidance and evaluation basis for the stages of investment decision-making,design and bidding of wind power projects.
