摘要
针对新能源快速发展下新型储能电站与变电站协同运维面临的信息孤岛、设备接口不一、跨场站响应效率低等挑战,构建设备、场站、电网三级联动架构,提出经济与安全双目标协调策略,研发数据采集诊断、安全防控及灵活接入集成等关键技术。通过多层级协同与技术融合,有效打破信息壁垒,提高故障处理效率,为新型电力系统安全经济运行提供可复制范式,助力能源转型。
In response to the challenges faced by the coordinated operation and maintenance of new energy storage power stations and substations under the rapid development of new energy,such as information silos,inconsistent equipment interfaces,and low cross station response efficiency,this study constructs a three-level linkage architecture of equipment,stations,and power grids,proposes an economic and safety dual objective coordination strategy,and develops key technologies such as data collection and diagnosis,safety prevention and control,and flexible access integration.Through multi-level collaboration and technological integration,information barriers are effectively broken down,fault handling efficiency is improved,and a replicable paradigm is provided for the safe and economic operation of the new power system,helping with energy transformation.
