摘要
针对大棚黄瓜白粉病和霜霉病的复合为害问题,采用喷雾方法开展了贝莱斯芽孢杆菌BF菌株可湿性粉剂的田间药效试验。结果显示,100 g/667m^(2)菌剂处理对白粉病防效为65.0%,与生物对照菌剂(67.7%)和化学对照药剂(72.0%)差异不显著;对霜霉病防效为60.2%,与生物对照菌剂(61.8%)和化学对照药剂(70.3%)无显著差异;该处理较对照增产10.0%,且试验期内无药害发生。说明BF菌株在低剂量下兼具优异的病害防控能力与产量提升效应,可作为黄瓜病害绿色防控的重要生物制剂。
Field trials using the spraying method were conducted to evaluate the efficacy of Bacillus velezensis BF strain WP against the combined damage caused by cucumber powdery mildew(Podosphaera xanthii)and downy mildew(Pseudoperonospora cubensis)in greenhouse cultivation.The results showed that treatment with 100 g/667m^(2)of the bacterial agent achieved 65.0%control efficacy against powdery mildew,with no statistically significant difference compared to the biological control agent(67.7%)or the chemical control agent(72.0%).For downy mildew,the efficacy was 60.2%,showing no significant difference from the biological control(61.8%)or chemical control(70.3%).Furthermore,this treatment increased yield by 10.0%compared to the control group,and no phytotoxicity was observed during the trial period.These findings demonstrated that the BF strain exhibited excellent disease control capability and yield-enhancing effects even at low dosages,making it a promising green biocontrol agent for integrated management of cucumber diseases.
