摘要
为筛选出高效安全可用于防治叶用薯甜菜夜蛾的药剂,采用喷雾法开展了7种杀虫剂的田间药效试验。试验结果表明,7种杀虫剂对叶用薯甜菜夜蛾均有较好的防治效果,24%虫螨腈·氯虫苯甲酰胺悬浮剂对叶用薯甜菜夜蛾的防治效果最好,施用剂量为72 g a.i./hm^(2)时,药后1、3、7 d防效分别为78.26%、88.16%和92.94%;其次是10%虫螨腈悬浮剂和50%丁醚脲悬浮剂,药后7 d防效分别为89.20%和88.44%;6%阿维·氯虫悬浮剂、15%唑虫酰胺悬浮剂和5%氯虫苯甲酰胺悬浮剂对叶用薯甜菜夜蛾速效性尚可,持效性较好;1%甲维盐微乳剂速效性较差,持效性一般,7种杀虫剂在试验剂量下对叶用薯安全。建议推荐24%虫螨腈·氯虫苯甲酰胺悬浮剂用于防治叶用薯甜菜夜蛾,且与不同类型杀虫剂交替使用,从而延缓害虫抗药性。
To screen efficient and safe insecticides against Spodoptera exigua on leaf-used sweet potatoes,a field efficacy trial of seven insecticides was conducted using the spray method.The results demonstrated that all seven insecticides exhibited favorable control effects.Among them,chlorfenapyr·chlorantraniliprole 24%SC showed the highest efficacy,achieving control rates of 78.26%,88.16%,and 92.94%after 1,3 and 7 days application(with a dosage of 72 g a.i./ha),respectively.The next best performers were chlorfenapyr 10%SC and diafenthiuron 50%SC,with control rates of 89.20%and 88.44%after 7 days application.Abamectin·chlorantraniliprole 6%SC,tolfenpyrad 15%SC,and chlorantraniliprole 5%SC exhibited moderate initial efficacy but sustained effectiveness.In contrast,emamectin benzoate 1%ME showed weaker initial efficacy and limited persistence.All tested insecticides were safe for leaf-used sweet potatoes at the applied doses.Chlorfenapyr·chlorantraniliprole 24%SC is recommended as the preferred option for S.exigua control,with alternating use of different insecticide types to delay pest resistance development.
