摘要
柑橘毛色二孢(Lasiodiplodia citricola)是近年发现在中国柑橘上引起枝干病害的菌物。为筛选出有效防治药剂,采用菌丝生长速率法,测定了13种杀菌剂对分离自江西南昌的柑橘毛色二孢菌株NCGJ18的室内毒力。结果表明,50%氟啶胺悬浮剂对菌株NCGJ18的毒力强,EC_(50)值仅为0.0093μg/mL;22.5%啶氧菌酯悬浮剂的毒力弱,EC_(50)值高达147.6798μg/mL;其他11种杀菌剂的EC_(50)值介于0.0743~6.2170μg/mL之间。除22.5%啶氧菌酯悬浮剂外,对50%氟啶胺悬浮剂等其他12种杀菌剂可开展田间药效试验。
Lasiodiplodia citricola is one kind of pathogens causing citrus stem fungal diseases.In order to screen out the effective fungicides against L.citricola,the indoor toxicity of 13 kinds of fungicides against the L.citricola strain NCGJ18 isolated from Nanchang,Jiangxi was measured by mycelium growth rate method.The results showed that 50%Fluazinam suspension had the strongest toxicity with the EC_(50)value of 0.0093μg/mL,while 22.5%picoxystrobin suspension had the weakest toxicity with EC_(50)value of 147.6798μg/mL.The other 11 fungicides also showed strong toxicity with EC_(50)value of 0.0743μg/mL-6.2170μg/mL.Except for 22.5%picoxystrobin suspension,field efficacy trials can be carried out for other 12 fungicides such as 50%fluazinam suspension.
