摘要
文章在分析高校档案图书资源融合育人支撑体系和面临的挑战的基础上,提出强化融合育人理念、推进资源整合与共享、建立管理协调激励机制、打造人才多元融合培养模式等策略,试图构建高校档案图书资源科学合理的融合育人机制,以期有效提升高校文化育人功能,形成育人合力,增强育人效果,为落实立德树人根本任务、培养高素质人才提供文化支撑。
University archives and library resources are important cultural assets in higher education institutions.Under the background of the new era,exploring the integrated education mechanism of these two resources aims to provide new ideas and methods for innovating cultural education models and improving educational quality in universities.Based on the analysis of the support system for their integration,this paper analyzes the challenges faced in the integration process.Through strategies such as strengthening the concept of integrated education,promoting resource integration and sharing,establishing coordinated management and incentive mechanisms,and creating a diversified talent cultivation model,a scientific and rational integrated education mechanism for university archives and library resources can be constructed.This mechanism effectively enhances the cultural education function of universities,forms a joint force in education,strengthens educational outcomes,and provides cultural support for implementing the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education and cultivating high-quality talents.
