摘要
在乡村振兴背景下,图书馆通过技术赋能和智能化服务,为乡村文化振兴提供精准支持。研究从促进乡村文化振兴、推动乡村经济发展、强化乡村治理、保护和传承乡村文化等多个角度,分析了图书馆智慧化精准服务乡村振兴的作用机理和价值维度。构建了完善服务网络、扩大服务范围,创新服务模式、提升服务效能,定点帮扶施策、精准对接需求,丰富阅读资源、满足多元需求,加强队伍建设、提高服务质量等实现路径与模式创新。同时指出当前图书馆智慧化服务存在未精准匹配、精准服务长效机制尚未形成、绩效考核机制尚待完善、资源整合与共享不足等问题。基于此,提出加强精准匹配乡村需求、构建长效服务机制、提升精准服务质效、促进资源整合共享等优化路径,为安徽省及其他地区图书馆智慧化在乡村振兴中开展精准服务提供参考依据,推动公共文化服务的创新发展,助力乡村振兴战略的实施。
In the context of rural revitalization,libraries provides precise support for rural cultural revitalization through technological empowerment and intelligent services.This study analyzes the mechanism and value dimensions of intelligent and precise library services for rural revitalization from multiple perspectives,including promoting rural cultural revitalization,driving rural economic development,strengthening rural social governance,and protecting and inheriting rural culture.The research has established a comprehensive service network to expand service coverage,innovate service models to enhance service efficiency,provide targeted assistance to meet diverse needs,enrich reading resources to meet diverse demands,and strengthen team building to improve service quality,and other innovative paths and models.At the same time,it is also pointed out that there are problems such as inaccurate matching of rural library services,the lack of a long-term mechanism for accurate services,and the need to improve performance evaluation mechanisms.Based on this,optimization paths such as strengthening precise matching of rural needs,building long-term service mechanisms,improving the quality and efficiency of precise services,and promoting resource integration and sharing are proposed to provide reference for the intelligent development of libraries in Anhui Province and other regions to carry out precise services in rural revitalization,promote innovative development of public cultural services,and assist in the implementation of rural revitalization strategies.
