摘要
随着经济社会的快速发展,人们追求高质量的生活方式,少子化现象普遍突出,这种现象的出现,带来了年轻人口在总人口中的比例下降,我国逐渐进入了老龄化社会。河北也不例外,本文分析了河北省养老服务事业与产业协同发展的现状及存在问题,包括资源整合不足、政策协同欠缺、服务质量有待提升等。通过借鉴国内外先进经验,提出了加强政策顶层设计与协同、促进资源整合与共享、推动服务创新与质量提升、培育养老服务人才队伍等合意路径,目的在于为河北省养老事业发展提供参考,为产业与养老事业系统发展提供思路。
With the rapid development of the economy and society,people pursue a high-quality lifestyle,and the phenomenon of fewer children is becoming prominent.The emergence of this phenomenon has led to a decrease in the proportion of young people in the total population,and China is gradually entering an aging society Hebei Province is no exception.This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the coordinated development of the elderly care service industry and the elderly care service cause Hebei Province,including insufficient resource integration,lack of policy coordination,and room for improvement in service quality.By drawing on advanced domestic and international experiences,proposes strengthening top-level policy design and coordination,promoting resource integration and sharing,driving service innovation and quality improvement,and cultivating an elderly care service talent team as feasible.The purpose is to provide a reference for the development of our province's elderly care services,and to provide ideas for the systematic development of the industry and the care service cause.
