摘要
聚焦轻卡前制动器摩擦片磨损快故障,运用故障树分析(FTA)方法,依次排查前桥比后桥制动间隙过小、前桥制动建压速度过快等多项潜在因素。经测量与试验,确定前桥制动器比能量耗散率过大为主要成因。通过调研竞品车型,调整前后轮制动分泵缸径,优化前后比能量耗散率分配。改进措施实施后,经客户服务跟踪验证,摩擦片使用里程超5万km,有效解决了前制动器摩擦片磨损快的问题,为提升轻卡制动系统性能提供了有效方案。
This paper focuses on the problem of rapid wear of front brake friction pads for light trucks.By using the Fault TreeAnalysis(FTA)method,a number of potential factors such as the front axle having a smaller braking clearance than the rear axle andthe front axle having an overly fast braking pressure build-up speed are investigated one by one.Through measurement and testing,it isdetermined that the excessive specific energy dissipation rate of the front axle brakes is the main cause.By researching the brake parameters of competing models,the diameters of the front and rear wheel brake cylinders are adjusted to optimize the distribution of the specific energy dissipation rate.After the implementation of the improvement measures,through customer service tracking and verification,the mileage of the friction linings exceeds 50,000 kilometers,effectively solving the problem of rapid wear of the front brake friction linings and providing an effective solution for improving the performance of the light truck braking system.
