轨道列车接触器故障导致列车断激活问题分析及优化

Analysis and optimization of train deactivation caused by contactor failure in rail vehicles

摘要 针对轨道交通地铁列车在行车过程中因半自动车钩四触点连接器触点失效导致列车断激活的故障,进行深入分析并提出优化方案。从四触点本身结构设计及电路电气原理设计出发、结合设备当前的实际运用环境进行分析,提出接触器结构及触点电路优化方案。通过跟踪验证,该方案保证了四触点连接器的使用状态并延长了使用寿命,降低了故障带来的运用影响,提高了轨道列车的运行可靠性及运营服务质量,符合轨道交通的安全运营理念。 The paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the train deactivation caused by the contact failure of four-contact connector in semi-automatic couplers during metro operation,and proposes corresponding optimization solutions.Based on structural design analysis and electrical circuit principles of the four-contact system,combined with actual operating conditions,optimization scher mes for both the contactor structure and contact cireuit are presented.Verification tests demonstrate that the proposed solutions effectively maintain the operational status of the four-contact connectors,extend their service life,reduce operational impacts caused by failures,and significantly improve rail vehicle operational reliability and service quality,conforming to rail transit safety operation concepts.
