摘要
本文建立鼓式制动器力学模型,用三种方法对该制动器制动力矩进行了计算。通过对计算结果和试验结果进行对比分析,建立了准确而有效的制动力矩计算方法,在此基础上,研究了制动衬片材料摩擦系数等参数对制动力矩的影响。
In the paper, a mechanics model of a drum brake is established and the friction torque is calculated in three ways. On the basis of the comparison between the results of calculation and testing, a more accurate and effective torque calculation method has been proposed. Finally, the effects of the friction coefficient and other parameters on brake torque are discussed.
