摘要
目的探究早期康复治疗对脊柱骨折并脊髓损伤患者运动功能、日常生活能力的影响。方法选取2021年10月至2023年10月运城护理职业学院附属医院收治的90例脊柱骨折并脊髓损伤患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组(各45例),对照组患者采取传统护理指导,观察组患者在此基础上采取早期康复治疗指导。比较两组的患者的运动功能恢复及预后生活质量。结果观察组患者生存质量评分、运动功能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期康复治疗对脊柱骨折并脊髓损伤患者的临床效果显著,其运动功能、日常生活能力均所有提升,减少了术后并发症现象,值得推广。
Objective To explore the influence of early rehabilitation treatment on the motor function and activities of daily living of patients with spinal fractures and spinal cord injuries.Methods A total of 90 patients with spinal fractures and spinal cord injuries admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Yuncheng Nursing Vocational College from October 2021 to October 2023 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group(45 cases in each group)according to the random number method.Patients in the control group received traditional nursing guidance,while patients in the observation group received early rehabilitation treatment guidance on this basis.The recovery of motor function and prognosis and quality of life of the patients in the two groups were compared.Results The quality of life score and motor function score of the patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications of the observation group was lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation treatment has a remarkable clinical effect on patients with spinal fractures and spinal cord injuries.Their motor function and daily living ability have all improved,and the phenomenon of postoperative complications has been reduced.It is worthy of promotion.
