摘要
探究大学生男子排球运动员肩袖损伤的流行病学特征及其影响因素,验证渐进式康复训练方案对运动功能恢复的干预效果.采用横断面研究与单组纵向实验设计,对22例经MRI确诊的肩袖损伤运动员实施为期6周的渐进式康复干预.结果表明,主攻与副攻运动员损伤发生率显著高于其他位置,训练年限与损伤风险呈正相关,干预后各阶段VAS评分显著降低,肩关节各运动位活动度显著提升,扣球侧与非扣球侧功能无明显差异.场上位置与训练年限是肩袖损伤的关键风险因素,基于功能恢复的渐进式康复方案可有效改善疼痛、提升关节稳定性.
Objective to explore the epidemiological characteristics and influencing factors of rotator cuff injury in male college volleyball players,and to verify the intervention effect of progressive rehabilitation training program on motor function recovery.Using a cross-sectional study and a single group longitudinal experimental design,22 ath-letes with rotator cuff injury diagnosed by MRI were given a 6-week progressive rehabilitation intervention.The re-sults showed that the injury rate of main attack and secondary attack athletes was significantly higher than that of other positions,and the training years were positively correlated with the injury risk;After the intervention,the VAS score at each stage was significantly reduced,the range of motion of the shoulder joint was significantly improved,and there was no significant difference between the spiking side and the non spiking side.On field position and training years are the key risk factors of rotator cuff injury.The gradual rehabilitation program based on func-tional recovery can effectively improve pain and joint stability.
