摘要
目的:分析2020—2022年兵团某三甲医院的门诊患者满意度及其影响因素,探讨并提出改善门诊患者满意度的建议与措施。方法:采取回顾性分析法,使用SPSS 27.0将2020—2022年度门诊患者的满意度调查数据整理录入,采用t检验、χ2检验等统计学方法对数据统计分析,采用Logistic回归进行多因素分析。结果:2020—2022年兵团某三甲医院的门诊患者总体满意度为85.64%,各维度满意度中,诊疗流程及环境设施的满意度较低。结论:门诊就诊流程仍有优化空间,需进一步加强信息化建设;门诊志愿服务的必要性依然存在;舒适、清洁的就诊环境有利于提升门诊满意度。
Objective:This study analyzes the outpatient satisfaction and its influencing factors of a tertiary A-level hospital in the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps from 2020 to 2022,and explores suggestions and measures to improve outpatient satisfaction.Methods:A retrospective analysis method was adopted.SPSS 27.0 was used to organize and input the outpatient satisfaction survey data from 2020 to 2022.Statistical methods such as t-test andχ2 test were used for data analysis,and multivariate Logistic regression was conducted for multivariate analysis.Results:The overall outpatient satisfaction of the hospital from 2020 to 2022 was 85.64%.Among various dimensions of satisfaction,the satisfaction with the diagnosis and treatment process and environmental facilities was relatively low.Conclusion:There is still room for optimization in the outpatient service process,and the construction of informatization needs to be further strengthened.The necessity of outpatient volunteer services still exists,A comfortable and clean treatment environment is conducive to improving outpatient satisfaction.
