摘要 通过信息技术对传统就诊模式进行流程再造,旨在提升医院服务质量,更好地为患者服务。文章分析了传统门诊就诊流程中的不足,对门诊医务人员的服务模式进行了再造,有针对性地开发了在线“一站式”掌上自助服务、诊间结算、智慧发药、智慧自助服务、电子发票等系统,同时通过对比前后就诊流程和就诊时间,评估了新模式的应用效果。流程再造后的门诊就诊模式,优化了患者就诊流程,减少了患者等候时间,提高了诊疗效率。 The process reengineering of the traditional consultation mode through information technology aims to improve the quality of hospital services and better serve patients.The article analyzes the shortcomings of the traditional outpatient consultation process,reengineers the service mode of outpatient medical staff,and develops targeted systems such as on-line“one-stop”handheld self-service,inter-diagnostic settlement,smart drug issuance,smart self-service,electronic invoices,and so on,and at the same time evaluates the application effect of the new model by comparing the before and after consultation process and consultation time.At the same time,the application effect of the new model is evaluated by comparing the consultation process and consultation time before and after.The outpatient consultation mode after process reengineering has optimized the consultation process of patients,reduced the waiting time of patients and improved the efficiency of diagnosis and treatment.
