摘要
目前70%的乳腺癌患者激素受体表达阳性,因此,肿瘤的发展需对激素水平进行抑制。但内分泌治疗会结合并阻断雌激素受体,减弱脂肪酸氧化、抑制雌激素对人体内脂蛋白的分解作用,使得脂肪在肝细胞中大量堆积,影响脂质代谢从而诱发脂肪肝的发生。内分泌治疗相关脂肪肝属中医“胁痛”等范畴,气机郁滞,日久化湿是其发生的重要病机。因此探究历代医家应用理气化湿法对乳腺癌内分泌治疗相关脂肪肝的作用机制的研究进展,具有重要的临床理论基础。
At present,70%of breast cancer patients are positive for hormone receptor expression,so inhibiting tumor development requires suppression of hormone levels.However,endocrine therapy can combine and block estrogen receptors,weaken fatty acid oxidation,inhibit estrogen's breakdown of lipoproteins in the human body,resulting in a large accumulation of fat in liver cells,affecting lipid metabolism and inducing the occurrence of fatty liver.Endocrine therapy-related fatty liver belongs to the category of"hypochondriac pain"in traditional Chinese medicine,and qi stagnation and long-term dampness transformation are important pathological mechanisms for its occurrence.Therefore,investigating the research progress on the mechanism of action of the qiregulating and dampness-resolving method applied by physicians throughout history in treating endocrine therapy-related fatty liver disease in breast cancer patients holds significant clinical importance.
