摘要
为探索产教融合的有效路径,提升专业学位研究生的工程实践能力,分析当前产教融合过程中存在的突出结构性矛盾,基于河南城建学院材料与化工专业学位研究生的培养实践,提炼校企合作育人的培养策略,提出了优化产教融合的“三度”培养模式,即强化校企联动育人的沟通力度、深化理论育人融合的深度和提升实践育人协同的强度,以期为高层次应用型人才培养提供理论参考与实践路径支撑。
To explore effective pathways for industry-education integration and enhance the engineering practical capabilities of professional degree postgraduates,this study analyzes the current status and deficiencies in the integration process.Based on the training practice of postgraduate students majoring in Materials and Chemical Engineering at Henan University of Urban Construction,collaborative education strategies between universities and enterprises are summarized.A refined"Three-Dimension"cultivation model for industry-education integration is proposed,namely,the enhanced communication intensity,deepened integration of theoretical education and strengthened coordination in practical training in university-enterprise collaborative education.This framework provides robust support for cultivating high-level applied talents.
