摘要
产业学院是校企合作育人的一种新形式,是深化产教融合的重要载体。产业学院的良性发展对于创新校企合作办学机制、实现产教深度融合,具有重要而积极的意义。文章从产业学院的内涵出发,深入剖析了高职院校在产业学院建设发展中面临的现实问题,从顶层设计、运行机制等方面对产业学院建设路径进行探讨,并对政府在建设产业学院过程中应发挥的作用提出了建议。
The Industrial College is a new form of school-enterprise cooperative education and an important carrier to deepen the industry-education integration.The benign development of industrial college has important and positive significance for innovating the college-enterprise cooperation mechanism and realizing the depth of industry-education integration.Starting from the connotation of industrial college,this paper deeply analyzes the practical problems faced by higher vocational colleges in the construction and development of industrial colleges,discusses the construction path of industrial colleges from the aspects of top-level design and operation mechanism,and puts forward suggestions on the role that the government should play in the construction of industrial colleges.
