摘要
校企合作是地方本科院校培养应用型人才及高校自身高质量发展的重要保证。该文总结九江学院材料成型专业用二八定律调节教学元素、用教学元素三态论指导校企合作育人,形成“二八合作”的育人机制与育才格局,校企共育的二八教学体系与保障体系,为地方本科院校校企合作提供借鉴与启发。
University-enterprise cooperation is the important guarantee for local undergraduate universities to cultivate applied talents and develop themselves in high quality.This paper summarized that the two-eight law used to adjust teaching elements and the three-state theory of teaching elements was used to guide university-enterprise cooperation for educating people in material forming and control engineering major of Jiujiang University.The educational mechanism and the landscape of cultivating talents of the"two-eight cooperation"were formed.The practice exploration and experience summary of the teaching system and security system of cooperative education by university-enterprise in two-eight cooperationmode provided reference and inspiration for the cooperation between local undergraduate universities and enterprises.
