摘要
本研究基于新工科背景,深入探索了浦江学院计算机类专业人才培养模式,创新性地构建了“六维IPO全过程”人才培养体系。研究从课程体系、实践双师、资源与环境、校企共育、导向评价和创新教育等维度创新培养模式,打破了传统人才培养模式的局限性。实践证明,“六维”人才培养模式更好地提升了学生实践技能与行业需求匹配度,提高了专业自主学习与工程实践能力。
This study explores in depth the computer talent training model of Pujiang Institute under the background of new engineering disciplines.In terms of innovative talent training models,a"six dimensional IPO full process"talent training system has been successfully constructed.The study innovates the training model from the dimensions of curriculum system,dual teacher practice,resources and environment,school enterprise co-education,guided evaluation,and innovative education,breaking the limitations of traditional talent training models.Practice has proven that the"six dimensional"talent cultivation model has better improved the matching between students'practical skills and industry demands,and enhanced their professional self-learning and engineering practice abilities.
