摘要
针对传统人才培养下存在的“知识融合不足、工程实践偏弱、与产业脱节”等问题,改革现有计算机创新应用人才培养模式,重构课程体系、优化实践环节、建设教学资源、自建实验平台,形成“课程—实践—创新—产业”四位一体的贯通式培养路径。实践表明,该模式可有效提升学生的工程素养与创新能力,为地方应用型高校在新工科背景下开展专业改革提供可复制的实施方案。
Addressing the inherent limitations of traditional talent development models-namely,insufficient knowledge integration,weak engineering practice,and disconnect from industry needs-this initiative undertakes a comprehensive reform of computer application-oriented talent cultivation.The approach involves reconstructing the curriculum system,optimizing practical training components,developing educational resources,and establishing proprietary experimental platforms.This study has established an integrated'Curriculum-Practice-Innovation-Industry'four-dimensional cultivation pathway.Empirical results demonstrate that this model effectively enhances students'engineering literacy and innovation capabilities,providing a replicable implementation framework for local application-oriented colleges and universities undertaking specialized reforms within the context of China′s emerging engineering education initiative.
