摘要
针对果汁自动化生产过程中相关批次配方数据在不同系统中自动流通的问题,设计一个果汁批次配方的自动下发和生产全自动智能化系统。选用西门子PLC作为主要控制系统、WinCC作为生产监视控制系统、MES作为批次配方下发系统;使用西门子IDB数据中间层以及SQL关系数据库作为数据交换中心,实现了批次配方数据一键下发,生产过程数据全生命周期监控,现场自动化控制投料,批次报表数据自动生成和查询。经过现场调试,该系统完全可以满足常规果汁生产要求,可以快速、自动、可靠地完成果汁生产全流程监控,同时满足食品制药相关合规性监管需求。
In order to solve the problem of automatic circulation of related batch formula data in different systems during automated production of juice,this paper designs a fully automated intelligent system for automatically issuing juice batch formulas and production,which employs Siemens PLC as the main control system,WinCC as the production monitoring and control system,and MES as the batch formula issuing system.Siemens IDB data middleware and SQL relational database are applied as data exchange center to realize one-click batch formula data issuance,full life cycle monitoring of production process data,automatic feeding control on site,automatic generation and querying of batch report data.After on-site debugging,the system can fully meet the requirements of conventional juice production,and quickly,automatically and reliably complete the entire process monitoring of juice production,while fulfilling the compliance regulatory requests of food and pharmaceutical industry.
