摘要
扇贝(Pectinidae)是海洋软体类动物的代表性物种,也是全球养殖规模较大的经济物种之一。扇贝分级是扇贝养殖过程、初加工处理以及扇贝定价的重要环节。为全面了解国内外扇贝分级标准与装备研究情况,本研究结合扇贝的用途和市场需求,从扇贝分级标准和分级装备两个方面进行了综述,探讨了人工、半自动化和全自动化装备在扇贝分级应用中的优势和短板,并针对存在的问题提出建议和措施,为进一步推动扇贝分级装备创新、提高扇贝分级效率、促进扇贝产业高质量发展提供参考。
Pectinidae are a representative species of marine mollusks and one of the globally significant economic species with a large-scale farming.Pectinidae grading serves as a crucial step in Pectinidae cultivation,primary processing and pricing.To comprehensively examine the research status of Pectinidae grading standards and equipment both domestically and internationally,this study synthesizes existing literature from two perspectives—grading standards and grading equipment—in light of Pectinidae applications and market demands.It explores the strengths and limitations of manual,semi-automated,and fully automated equipment in Pectinidae grading applications,and proposes recommendations and solutions to address existing challenges,aiming to advance innovation in Pectinidae grading equipment,enhance grading efficiency,and promote high-quality development of the Pectinidae industry.
