摘要
围绕着测绘档案数据安全管理工作,以湖北省测绘成果档案馆的馆藏数据为研究主体,提出了一种测绘档案数据分类分级方法,设计了一种测绘档案数据自动分类分级模型算法,并根据业务需求搭建了一个测绘档案数据自动分类分级应用原型系统。结果表明,测绘档案数据分类分级方法和数据自动分类分级技术手段,在一定程度上促进了测绘档案数据的高效管理和合理利用,为测绘档案数据的安全管理和档案安全体系建设奠定了基础。
Focusing on the security management of surveying and mapping archives data,taking archives data from Hubei Archives of Surveying and Mapping Production as the research subject,we proposed a classification and grading method for surveying and mapping archives data,designed an automatic classification and grading model algorithms for surveying and mapping archives data,and developed an automatic classification and grading prototype application system for surveying and mapping archives data based on business requirements.The results indicate that the classification and grading method of surveying and mapping archives data,along with the technical means for automatic classification and grading of these data,have promoted efficient management and rational utilization of surveying and mapping archives data to a certain extent.These methods and means have laid the foundation for the secure management of surveying and mapping archives data and the construction of an archive security system.
