摘要
为研究膜下滴灌水氮调控对土壤养分状况的影响,采取裂区试验,主区为灌水量、副区为氮肥控制,研究了土壤养分、土壤酶活性和玉米产量的变化特征。试验结果显示,在W_(1)N_(3)处理下的玉米产量达到最大值,和W_(2)N_(3)处理没有显著差异,说明适当减少灌水量保持施氮量对玉米产量无明显影响,在生产中可用W_(2)(4725 m^(3)/hm^(2))、N_(3)(280 kg/hm^(2))的灌水施氮量的方式以节约玉米生产耗水量。试验结果表明,在高水氮条件下有利于增加土壤碱解氮含量、磷酸酶和过氧化氢酶活性,适当减少灌水量、增加施氮量能够提高土壤速效钾和速效磷含量,提高脲酶和蔗糖酶活性。
To study the effects of water and nitrogen regulation in subsurface drip irrigation on soil nutrient status,a split-area experiment was conducted,with the main area being the irrigation volume.The variation characteristics of soil nutrients,soil enzyme activities,and maize yield were investigated.The test results showed that under high water and nitrogen conditions,it was beneficial to increase the content of alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen in the soil,as well as the activities of phosphatase and catalase.Appropriately reducing the irrigation amount and increasing the nitrogen application rate could enhance the contents of available potassium and available phosphorus in the soil,and increase the activities of urease and sucrase.
