摘要
乡村产业数字化转型,已经成为传统农业经济向数字经济演进升级的必由之路。数字乡村建设背景下,国家战略推动、技术创新渗透、产业发展需要、市场需求牵引,构成乡村产业数字化驱动机制。但是,乡村产业数字化转型过程中,数字化建设结构性失衡、数字基础设施体系薄弱、数字人才市场发育滞后、数字技术与乡村产业融合不足等诸多困境,限制数字赋能乡村产业高质量发展的实际效果。立足数字乡村和农业强国建设要求,从系统性规划、基础设施保障、提升数字素养、增强数字赋能与乡村产业协同度方面创新推进路径。
The digital transformation of rural industries has become the only way for the traditional agricultural economy to evolve and upgrade to the digital economy.In the context of digital village construction,the promotion of national strategies,the penetration of technological innovation,the needs of industrial development,and the traction of market demand constitute the driving mechanism for the digitalization of rural industries.However,in the process of digital transformation of rural industries,many difficulties such as structural imbalance in digital construction,weak digital infrastructure system,lagging development of digital talent market,and insufficient integration of digital technology and rural industries limit the actual effect of digital empowerment for the high-quality development of rural industries.Based on the requirements of digital villages and the construction of an agricultural power,we will innovate and promote the path from the aspects of systematic planning,infrastructure guarantee,improving digital literacy,and enhancing digital empowerment and rural industry synergy.
