摘要
“数农融合”是数字经济与“三农”的深度融合,是推进中国式农业农村现代化发展的关键举措,对于加快推进农业农村现代化、巩固脱贫攻坚成果与乡村全面振兴有着重要作用。通过对当前“数农融合”赋能意义、实践困境的深入分析,发现当前赋能农业农村现代化主要面临数字基础设施薄弱、数字技术人才短缺、数字素养与技能延展度不高以及数字化治理水平有待提升等问题,提出加强数字基础设施建设、加强数字人才队伍建设、提升数字素养与技能以及加强数字治理体系建设等建议,并对未来推动农业农村现代化的策略建议进行展望,以期不断完善和优化具有本土特色的农业农村现代化路径。
“Integration of digital agriculture”refers to integration of digital economy with“agriculture,rural areas and farmers”,and is a key initiative to promote Chinese modernization of agriculture and rural areas,which plays an important role in accelerating the modernization of agriculture and rural areas,consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation and comprehensive rural revitalization.Through an indepth analysis of the significance of current“integration of digital agriculture”and its practical dilemmas,it is found that the current empowerment of agricultural and rural modernization is mainly faced with the challenges of weak digital infrastructure,shortage of digital technology talents,low extension of digital literacy and skills,and underdeveloped digital governance.It puts forward the proposal to strengthen the construction of digital infrastructure and digital talent team,improve digital literacy and skills,and improve the construction of digital governance system,and so on.It looks forward to the future promotion of agricultural and rural upgrading strategies,in order to continuously improve and optimize the path of agricultural and rural modernization with local characteristics.
