某滑石型钼铁矿铁精矿提质降杂试验研究

Experimental Study on the Quality Improvement and Impurity Reduction of Iron Concentrate from a Talc-Type Molybdenum-Iron Ore

摘要 某滑石型钼铁矿先通过浮选回收辉钼矿,再从钼尾矿中回收磁铁矿。铁精矿品位在58%~60%之间,低于62%的精矿质量要求。为了降低铁精矿中杂质含量,提高铁精矿品位,开展了系统的磨矿细度、磁感应强度磁选试验和磁辊筒“阶段磨矿阶段磁选”流程探索试验。试验结果表明,磨矿细度和磁感应强度是影响铁精矿提质降杂的主要因素。采用阶段磨矿阶段磁选工艺流程可以获得合格品质的铁精矿。选定三段磁选磁感应强度分别为:0.15、0.12、0.08 T。当二段磁选磨矿细度-0.038 mm含量为93%时,可获得产率为4.48%,TFe品位为62.56%、TFe回收率为38.95%,mFe回收率为95.60%的铁精矿;当二段磁选磨矿细度-0.038 mm含量为98%时,可获得产率为4.32%,TFe品位为64.72%、TFe回收率为38.81%,mFe回收率为95.54%的铁精矿。 A talc-type molybdenum-iron ore first recovers molybdenite by flotation,and then recovers magnetite from molybdenum tailings.The grade of iron concentrate is 58%~60%,which is lower than the 62%concentrate quality requirement.In order to reduce the content of impurities in iron concentrate and improve the grade of iron concentrate,the systematic grinding fineness,magnetic field strength magnetic separation test and the magnetic roller“stage grinding stage magnetic separation”process exploration test were carried out.The test results show that the grinding fineness and magnetic field strength are the main influencing factors for the quality improvement and impurity reduction effect of the iron concentrate.Qualified iron ore concentrate can be obtained by using the stage grinding stage magnetic separation process.The magnetic field strengths of the selected three stages were 0.15,0.12,0.08 T,respectively.When the second stage magnetic separation grinding fineness is-0.038 mm and the content is 93%,the iron concentrate with a yield of 4.48%,TFe grade of 62.56%,TFe recovery of 38.95%and mFe recovery of 95.60%can be obtained.When the second stage magnetic separation grinding fineness is-0.038 mm and the content is 98%,iron ore concentrate with a yield of 4.32%,TFe grade of 64.72%,TFe recovery of 38.81%and mFe recovery of 95.54%can be obtained.
