贵州某高杂胶磷矿常温正—反浮选扩大连续试验研究

Expanded Continuous Test on Normal Temperature Direct-Reverse Flotation of a High Impurity Collophanite in Guizhou

摘要 贵州某中品位高杂难选胶磷矿,矿石中P_(2)O_(5)含量较高,为28.53%,但矿石中MgO、Al_(2)O_(3)、Fe_(2)O_(3)杂质含量也较高,分别为0.98%、3.44%及1.65%,导致矿石MER值高达21.28%,限制了该矿石的高效开发利用。研究首先完成了实验室流程试验,采用“一粗一扫一精一精扫”正浮选及“一粗”反浮选工艺流程,获得了P_(2)O_(5)品位34.10%、Al_(2)O_(3)含量1.71%、Fe_(2)O_(3)含量1.16%、MgO含量0.51%、MER值9.91%的合格磷精矿,精矿P_(2)O_(5)回收率93.51%,技术指标较为理想。在此基础上,通过流程结构与药剂制度优化,开展了吨级规模常温正—反浮选扩大连续试验,采用“一粗一扫一精”正浮选及“一粗一扫”反浮选工艺流程,72 h连续稳定运转获得了P_(2)O_(5)品位33.71%、Al_(2)O_(3)含量2.02%、Fe_(2)O_(3)含量0.88%、MgO含量0.47%、MER值10.00%的合格磷精矿,且精矿P_(2)O_(5)回收率92.78%,较好地重现了实验室闭路试验的选别技术指标,也证实了该矿采用常温正—反浮选工艺流程的可行性。为了进一步提高精矿品质,增加精矿的多元化利用途径,继续开展了精矿提质的扩大连续试验。通过“一粗一扫二精”正浮选及“一粗一扫”反浮选工艺流程,获得了P_(2)O_(5)品位35.38%、Al_(2)O_(3)含量1.57%、Fe_(2)O_(3)含量0.60%、MgO含量0.32%、MER值7.04%的高质量磷精矿,精矿P_(2)O_(5)回收率89.60%。研究成果整体可为该矿的合理、高效开发利用提供技术支撑。 In a medium-grade,high-impurity and refractory collophanite in Guizhou,the P_(2)O_(5)content in the ore is higher,that is 28.53%.However,the impurity contents of MgO,Al_(2)O_(3)and Fe_(2)O_(3)in the ore are also higher,which are 0.98%,3.44%and 1.65%respectively,resulting in a MER value of the ore as high as 21.28%,which limits the efficient development and utilization of the ore.This research first completed the laboratory process test.By adopting the process flowsheet of“one roughing one scavenging one cleaning one cleaning&scavenging”direct flotation and“one roughing”reverse flotation,qualified phosphorus concentrate with a P_(2)O_(5)grade of 34.10%,Al_(2)O_(3)grade of 1.71%,Fe_(2)O_(3)grade of 1.16%,MgO grade of 0.51%,and MER value of 9.91%was obtained.The P_(2)O_(5)recovery of the concentrate was 93.51%.The technical indicators are relatively ideal.On this basis,through the optimization of the process structure and the reagent system,this research carried out an expanded continuous test of room temperature direct and reverse flotation at a tonnage scale was carried out.After optimization the process flowsheet of“one roughing one scavenging one cleaning”direct flotation and“one roughing one scavenging”reverse flotation was adopted.After 72 h of continuous and stable operation,qualified phosphorus concentrate with a P_(2)O_(5)grade of 33.71%,Al_(2)O_(3)grade of 2.02%,Fe_(2)O_(3)grade of 0.88%,MgO grade of 0.47%,and MER value of 10.00%was obtained,and the P_(2)O_(5)recovery of the concentrate was 92.78%.The selection technical indicators of the locked-cycle test in the laboratory have been well reproduced,and the feasibility of adopting the room temperature direct and reverse flotation process in this mine was also confirmed.In order to further improve the quality of concentrate and increase the diversified utilization channels of concentrate,the expanded continuous test for improving the quality of concentrate was continued.High-quality phosphorus concentrate with a P_(2)O_(5)grade of 35.38%,Al_(2)O_(3)grade of 1.57%,Fe_(2)O_(3)grade of 0.60%,MgO grade of 0.32%and MER value of 7.04%was obtained through the process of“one roughing one scavenging two cleanings”direct flotation and“one roughing one scavenging”reverse flotation.The recovery of P_(2)O_(5)in the concentrate was 89.60%.The overall research results can provide technical support for the rational and efficient development and utilization of this mine.
