摘要
青海某钼矿矿石为典型的硫化物型多金属原生矿石,矿石中主要金属矿物包括辉钼矿、黄铜矿、斑铜矿、黄铁矿、磁黄铁矿、方铅矿、闪锌矿等,非金属矿物主要为长石、石英、黑云母、白云母、碳酸盐矿物及绿泥石。矿物嵌布特征表明:辉钼矿与铜硫矿物的连生关系较弱,适宜采用钼优先浮选工艺进行分选。在磨矿细度为-0.074 mm占70%的条件下,采用一粗一扫两精的浮选流程获得钼粗精矿。经再磨(-0.037 mm占72%)及三次精选后,最终获得Mo品位50.21%、回收率85.21%,含Cu 0.20%、回收率0.43%的钼精矿。钼浮选尾矿通过硫酸铜活化铜矿物后,经一粗一扫四精的浮选流程,得到含Mo 0.07%、回收率0.24%,Cu品位15.32%、回收率54.92%的铜精矿。本研究成果可为该矿山的工业生产提供技术支持,在提升经济效益的同时,实现资源的高效回收利用。
The ore in a molybdenum mine in Qinghai is a typical sulfide type polymetallic primary ore.The main metallic minerals in the ore include molybdenite,chalcopyrite,bornite,pyrite,pyrrhotite,galena,sphalerite,etc.The non-metallic minerals mainly include feldspar,quartz,biotite,muscovite,carbonate minerals,and chlorite.The mineral embedding characteristics indicate that the symbiotic relationship between molybdenite and copper sulfur minerals is weak,and it is suitable to use molybdenum priority flotation technology for separation.Under the condition of a grinding fineness of-0.074 mm accounting for 70%,a flotation process of one coarse sweep and two fine is adopted to obtain molybdenum coarse concentrate.After further grinding(-0.037 mm accounting for 72%)and three rounds of selection,molybdenum concentrate with Mo grade of 50.21%and recovery rate of 85.21%,Cu grade of 0.20%and recovery rate of 0.43%were finally obtained.After activating copper minerals with copper sulfate,the molybdenum flotation tailings were subjected to a flotation process of one coarse,one sweep,and four precision to obtain copper concentrate with a Mo grade of 0.07%and a recovery rate of 0.24%,and a Cu grade of 15.32%and a recovery rate of 54.92%.The results of this research can provide technical support for the industrial production of the mine,achieving efficient resource recycling while improving economic benefits.
