摘要
蛇毒磷酸二酯酶是核酸结构分析的一种重要工具酶。自从1932年Uzawa首先证实蛇毒中广泛存在磷酸二酯酶以来,关于该酶的分离纯化研究,Laskowski等实验室做了许多工作,英国B.D.H.公司,美国Sigma和Worthington公司已有蛇毒磷酸二酯酶的商品制剂出售。 我国具有丰富的蛇毒资源,而且这些蛇毒都含有磷酸二酯酶。
The venom of Agkistrodon halys Pallas(from Zhejiang Province)has been fractionated on DEAE-Sephadex A-50 into 14 different components.A simple and economic method for purifying the phosphodiesterase on a large scale is described.Compared with the same kind of products from other countries,satisfactory results have been achieved in the analysis of ribose and deoxyribose oligo-nucleotides with this enzyme.
