摘要
应用 DEAE-葡聚糖凝胶 A- 50和盐浓度梯度洗脱法 ,对蛇毒进行了柱层析分离 ,共获得 1 0个蛋白峰。对各峰测定精氨酸酯酶活性、神经毒和出血毒成分 ,各组分洗脱位置相对集中 。
The venom was fractionated on DEAE Sephadex A 50, and 10 fractions were collected according to the ultraviolet absorbance at 280nm. It was shown that the peaks of arginine esterase hydrolytic activity, neurotoxin and hemorrhage toxin were not overlapped each other. The procedure was useful for large scale purification of arginine esterase activity fraction.
