1,4-丁二醇气相脱氢制备γ-丁内酯反应工艺及催化剂研究进展

摘要 通过生物质衍生的1,4-丁二醇气相脱氢工艺制备γ-丁内酯是一种可持续且显著商业化的工艺路线,性能优良的催化剂是该工艺的关键。目前在对1,4-丁二醇气相脱氢制备γ-丁内酯催化剂的研究中,大多数为Cu基负载催化剂,该类催化剂对γ-丁内酯的生成具有较高的选择性和活性。对1,4-丁二醇气相脱氢制备γ-丁内酯反应工艺、Cu基催化剂研究以及脱氢反应机理进行了综述,并对未来催化剂的研发方向进行了展望。 The preparation of γ-butyrolactone via the gas-phase dehydrogenation process from biomass-derived 1,4-butanediol is a sustainable and significantly commercialized process route.The key to this process lies in catalysts with excellent performance.At present,in the research on catalysts for the gas-phase dehydrogenation of 1,4-butanediol to prepareγ-butyrolactone,most of them are Cu-based supported catalysts.This type of catalyst exhibits high selectivity and activity for the formation ofγ-butyrolactone.The reaction of gas-phase dehydrogenation from 1,4-butanediol toγ-butyrolactone,the catalysts research,and the dehydrogenation reaction mechanism are reviewed in this paper,and the research and development directions of catalysts were prospected.
