摘要
通过对顺酐选择性加氢制四氢呋喃及γ丁内酯的铜系负载型催化剂的研究。结果表明 ,采用 A、D为载体的催化剂在中压下对四氢呋喃 ,以及在常压下对γ丁内酯具有良好的活性和选择性。 XRD表明灼烧后未经还原的催化剂活性组分为 Cu O。XPS表明在催化剂中 Cu与载体之间存在着强的相互作用 ,是催化剂具有高活性和高选择性的主要原因 。
The eatalytic properties of copper system catalyts for hydrogenation of MAH to produce THF and γBL have been studied by mans of activity evalution, XRD, XPS, SEM. The results show that CuA and CuD catalysts have high activity(100%) and selectivity (Over 95% or to 100%) to produce THF under 4.0 MPa pressure, when reaction is under common pressure, those catalysts can produce γBL in high yield and have very high selectivity (to 100%). The studies of XPS show that there is quite strong power between Cu and A or B and the main reason of catalysts losing activity is the affection of accunmlated carbon.
