摘要
为深入探究高校拔尖创新人才培养现状及其对创新绩效的影响,该研究面向全国690所高校共收集了105170份有效问卷。调研发现,尽管学生对拔尖创新人才培养体系的总体满意度良好,但该体系仍存在师生交流不足、教材建设待完善、培养资源分配不均等挑战,同时学生创新素养和创新绩效的整体表现也相对薄弱。利用数理统计法证实发现,拔尖创新人才培养体系能够通过创新素养显著影响创新绩效,且该路径效应受学校类型调节。据此,该研究提出对策建议:革新教学方法,建立和谐互动型师生关系范式;培养实践思维,构建多元化数字化能力提升体系;重视分层教育,推动本硕博各个阶段交流学习;塑造支持网络,营造自由化创新人才成长环境。
To investigate the current situation of cultivating top-notch innovative talents in universities and its impact on innovation performance,a total of 105170 valid questionnaires were collected from 690 universities across the country.Research has found that although students have a good overall satisfaction with the top-notch innovative talent training system,the system still faces challenges such as insufficient teacher-student communication,incomplete textbook construction,uneven distribution of training resources,and relatively weak overall performance in student innovation literacy and innovation performance.Using mathematical statistics,it has been confirmed that the top-notch innovative talent training system can significantly affect innovation performance through innovation literacy,and this path effect is moderated by school type.Based on this,this study proposes countermeasures and suggestions:innovate teaching methods,establish a harmonious and interactive teacher-student relationship paradigm;Cultivate practical thinking and build a diversified digital capability enhancement system;Emphasize hierarchical education and promote exchange and learning at all stages of undergraduate,master’s,and doctoral studies;Shaping a supportive network and creating a free and innovative talent growth environment.
