面向企业运营实践的数学建模人才培养满意度及其影响因素研究

摘要 以数学建模人才培养满意度为核心,探究面向企业运营实践的数学建模培养模式中,价值感知、培养质量与能力提升三大因素的影响机制。研究构建了包含上述三要素的结构方程模型,并通过问卷数据展开了实证检验。研究发现:首先,学生对数学建模的价值感知既直接正向影响其对数学建模能力培养的满意度,也通过显著促进其能力提升这一中介路径产生间接影响。其次,培养质量也是提升培养满意度的关键因素。本研究揭示了数学建模能力培养通过认知、质量和能力等多重路径影响人才培养满意度的内在逻辑,并从强化价值引导、优化培养过程等方面提出了人才培养的对策建议。 This study focuses on the satisfaction of mathematical modeling talent development and investigates the impact mechanisms of three key factors-value perception,training quality,and ability enhancement-within the context of a mathematical modeling training model tailored for business operations practice.A structural equation model encompassing these three factors was developed and empirically tested using survey data.The results indicate that:first,students perception of the value of mathematical modeling has a direct positive impact on their satisfaction with the development of modeling skills.Additionally,this perception indirectly influences satisfaction through its significant mediation effect on skill enhancement.Second,training quality is a critical direct factor that influences overall satisfaction with the training process.This study reveals the underlying mechanisms by which mathematical modeling talent development influences satisfaction through multiple pathways,including cognitive factors,quality of training,and skill improvement.Based on these findings,the study proposes recommendations for enhancing talent development,such as strengthening value-driven guidance and optimizing the training process.
