摘要
进入新的发展阶段,如何培养符合时代要求的拔尖创新人才是当前人才培养至关重要的课题,需要从理论与实践两个方面进行理性的思考与探索。着眼于新时代创新发展理念,须重新审视拔尖创新人才应进一步突出的素质特征,并在此基础上探讨新时代拔尖创新人才培养的价值意蕴,明确培养新时代拔尖创新人才在国家层面、教育层面和个人层面的重大意义。通过分析发现,当前拔尖创新人才培养面临顶层设计不足、选拔方式单一、培养机制趋同等现实困境,这些严重制约了拔尖创新人才的成长。因此,必须加强顶层设计,科学系统地推进人才培养;遵循教育规律,构建适应时代的培养体系;集聚多方资源,营造人才自主成长的环境。以期进一步优化拔尖创新人才培养体系,走出拔尖创新人才自主化培养道路。
As we enter a new stage of development,cultivating top talents for innovation that in line with the needs of the times is a crucial issue for talent cultivation at present.It deserves rational reflection and exploration from both theoretical and practical perspectives.Focused on the innovative development concept of the new era,this paper reexamines the essential qualities that top talents for innovation should further highlighted.It explores the value implications of cultivating top talents for innovation in the new era,thereby clarifying the significant meanings at the national,educational,and individual levels.Through analysis,it is observed that the current cultivation of top talents for innovation faces practical challenges such as inadequate top-level design,a singular selection process,and a converging cultivation mechanism,which is severely impeding the growth of these talents.Therefore,it is imperative to:strengthen top-level design,scientifically and systematically promote talent training;follow the laws of education,build a training system that adapts to the times;gather multiple resources,create an environment for talents to grow independently.This will further optimize the system for cultivating top talents for innovation,leading towards a path of independent cultivation for these outstanding talents.
