摘要
高校分类发展是我国亟待解决的难题,也是推进教育强国建设的必由之路。改革开放以来,我国技能型高校分类改革先后经历了制度萌芽、制度确立、制度规范和深化发展四个阶段。从高校分类发展视角下审视,技能型高校面临地位、趋同和质量三重困境,可从观念、制度、资源和人才培养四方面着手,引导人们树立科学的知识观和人才观,优化国家和地方对高校分类评价的制度设计,提升多元主体对办学资源的配置能力,改进技能型高校人才培育的核心要素。
The classified development of colleges is a pressing challenge in China and a necessary pathway for advancing the construction of an education power.Since the reform and opening-up,the classification reform of skill-oriented colleges in China has undergone four stages:institutional embryonic,establishment,standardization and deepening development.From the perspective of classified development of colleges,skill-oriented colleges face triple dilemma of status,homogeneity and quality.Solutions can be explored from four dimensions:concept,institution,resources and talents cultivation.Which is guiding the public to establish scientific knowledge and talent paradigms,optimizing national and local institutional evaluation frameworks for classified development,enhancing the resource allocation capacity of diverse stakeholders,and improving core elements of talents cultivation in skill-oriented colleges.
