To explore the application effect of the mixed teaching model of“scenario simulation+group learning”in standardized training for spinal surgery residents.A total of 60 doctors undergoing standardized training in the Department of Spinal Surgery of The Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from January 2023 to June 2024 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, with 30 doctors in each group. The control group adopted the conventional teaching model, while the observation group introduced the combined teaching intervention of“scenario simulation+group learning”on this basis, with an intervention cycle of 8 weeks. The teaching effects of the two groups of resident doctors were evaluated from the dimensions of theoretical knowledge, operational skills, comprehensive analysis and stress response ability, and teaching satisfaction. The results showed that the scores of the observation group in theoretical knowledge, operational skills, comprehensive ability, and teaching satisfaction were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The study found that the mixed teaching model of“scenario simulation+group learning”helps improve the comprehensive competence of spinal surgery resident doctors, and is worthy of further promotion and application in clinical specialist standardized training teaching.
