摘要
当前,光伏建筑一体化(BIPV)已经成为绿色低碳社区可持续能源利用的重要手段之一,但是依然面临着设计不合理和成本压力大的难题。梳理了我国BIPV的研究应用现状与问题,以上海市春熙市集项目为例,从形态、立面、结构3个维度探讨了该项目的建筑设计特征,并从策略适应性、光伏屋面目标值计算、经济性和美观性4个维度分析了低碳社区配套公共建筑屋顶光伏一体化技术设计的注意要点,以期为其他同类型项目提供参考。
Currently,building integrated photovoltaic(BIPV)has become one of the important means of sustainable energy utilisation in green and low-carbon communities,but it still faces the difficulties of irrational design and high cost pressure.The research and application status and problems of BIPV in China are sorted out,and the architectural design features of the Chunxi Bazaar project in Shanghai are explored from three dimensions of form,façade,and structure as an example,and the points of attention for the design of rooftop photovoltaic integration technology for public buildings supporting low-carbon communities are analysed from four dimensions of strategic adaptability,PV roof target value calculation,economy,and aesthetics with a view to providing a reference for other projects of the same type.In order to provide reference for other projects of the same type.
