“楚怡”职教精神引领下高职院校“双师型”教师培养路径研究——基于湖南省22所高职院校的实证分析

摘要 面对新时代职业教育高质量发展的战略需求,“双师型”教师队伍建设成为深化产教融合、破解技术技能人才供给矛盾的关键抓手。湖南百年“楚怡”职教精神的历史内核为新时代职业教育提供了深厚的文化底蕴和精神支撑,新时代职业教育内涵则是对“楚怡”职教精神历史内核的传承、发展与创新,在“双师型”教师培养过程中具有重要的指导意义。 In response to the strategic demands for high-quality development of vocational education in the new era,the construction of a“double-qualified”teacher team has become a key approach to deepening industry-education integration and resolving the contradiction in the supply of technical and skilled talents.The historical core of the century-old Chuyi vocational education spirit in Hu’nan provides profound cultural heritage and spiri-tual support for the connotation of vocational education in the new era.The connotation of vocational education in the new era is the inheritance,development and innovation of the historical core of the Chuyi vocational education spirit,which holds significant guiding significance in the process of cultivating“double-qualified”teachers.
