校企合作模式下职校“双师型”教师队伍建设策略研究 被引量:5

Research on the Construction Strategy of"Double-qualifi ed"Teachers in Vocational Schools under the Mode of School-Enterprise Cooperation

摘要 校企合作是职业学校发展的重要途径,为“双师型”教师队伍建设创造了有利条件,因而探究校企合作模式下如何更加有效地建设“双师型”教师队伍具有较大价值。在分析校企合作模式的基础上,从制度、实践、宣传这三个层面展开研究,得出校企合作下“双师型”师资队伍的建设策略:在制度上,“双师型”教师资格认证制度应将普适性与特殊性相结合,将校内教师与校外教师相区别,校企双方协作机制要明确;在实践上,职业学校教师要积极下企业实践,校企人员结对共事,共享校企资源;在宣传上,政府部门应加强引导力度,社会力量要参与宣传引导。 School-enterprise cooperation is an important way to develop vocational schools,which creates favorable conditions for the construction of"double-qualifi ed"teachers.Therefore,it is of great value to explore how to build a"doublequalifi ed"teacher team more effectively under the school-enterprise cooperation mode.On the basis of analyzing the mode of school-enterprise cooperation,theoretical research and empirical research methods are used to study from the three levels of system,practice and propaganda,and some construction strategies for building a"double-qualifi ed"faculty under the cooperation of schools and enterprises are obtained.At the institutional level,the"double-teacher"teacher certifi cation system should combine universality with particularity,and distinguish in-school teachers from out-of-school teachers,and the coordination mechanism between the school and the enterprise should be clear.In practice,vocational school teachers must actively practice in enterprises,school-enterprise personnel work in pairs,and share school-enterprise resources.In publicity,government departments should strengthen guidance,and social forces should participate in propaganda and guidance.
