摘要
为解决城市轨道交通基础设施检测难题,对多种检测系统车辆集成技术进行研究。北京地铁综合检测车基于3辆编组B型地铁电客车集成设计,能够同时满足B1和A2地铁限界,动拖比为1:1,列车最高设计速度为120 km/h,采用双流制、永磁电机牵引、蓄电池牵引等技术。现已形成13种检测系统车辆集成技术平台,且已实现工程应用。钢轨探伤系统在综合检测车上为首次集成应用,并开发出适用于B型电客车的探伤转向架。后续为适应综合检测车在A型地铁与B型地铁之间转段连挂,创新开发出一款适用于A型地铁与B型地铁车辆连挂的分体式过渡车钩。
To solve the difficulties in urban rail transit infrastructure inspection,research is currently being conducted on the vehicle integration technology of multiple inspection systems.The Beijing subway comprehensive inspection trainset is based on the integrated design of a 3-car formation B-type metro EMU,which could simultaneously meet the B1 and A2 metro clearances.The dynamic to trailer ratio is 1:1,and the maximum design speed of the train is 120 km/h.It adopts technologies such as dual current system,permanent magnet motor traction and battery traction.A technical platform for integrating 13 types of inspection systems into vehicles has been established and have been implemented for engineering applications.The rail flaw detection system is the first integrated application on a comprehensive inspection trainset,and a flaw detection bogie suitable for B-type EMUs has been developed.In order to adapt to the transition coupling of the comprehensive inspection trainset between A-type and B-type metro vehicles,a split type adaptor coupler suitable for coupling A-type and B-type metro vehicles has been innovatively developed.
