摘要
GTC-80型钢轨探伤车安装的自动对中系统为电磁自动对中系统。电磁自动对中系统由于其自身缺点,已不能满足钢轨探伤对中的需求,需对其进行升级改造。利用自主研制的激光自动对中系统对既有GTC-80型钢轨探伤车对中系统进行升级改造,并在线路上进行试验。结果表明,升级改造后的GTC-80型钢轨探伤车激光自动对中系统,在0~80?km/h不同检测速度下,当设置偏差位移为(-6?mm,6?mm)时,99.0%的自动对中位移偏移量都能分布其中,能够满足GTC-80型钢轨探伤车在不同速度下的对中需求。
The electromagnetic automatic centering system is installed in the GTC-80-type rail flaw detection car. Due to its own defects, the electromagnetic automatic centering system could not satisfy the requirements for rail flaw detection centering, thus it needs upgrade and renovation. Using the independently developed laser automatic centering system, the upgrade and renovation of the existing centering system of the GTC-80-type rail flaw detection car were carried out, with experiments launched on railway lines. Results show that, for the upgraded and renovated laser automatic centering system of GTC-80-type rail flaw detection car at different test speeds within the range of 0-80 km/h, 99.0% displacement offsets of automatic centering are distributed within the deviation displacement interval of (-6 mm, 6 mm), which satisfy the centering requirements of GTC-80-type rail flaw detection car at different speeds.
