摘要
文章介绍城市轨道交通搭载式轨道几何检测系统。该系统主要由车载设备和地面工作站组成,基于无线通信链路完成车载设备和地面工作站的信息交互,实现在车辆运营状态下的车载设备数据采集和传输、地面系统远程控制和检测数据同步分析的功能。经过试验验证,该系统稳定可靠、数据准确度高、重复性好,可大大提高检测效率,节约车辆调度资源,满足城市轨道交通轨道安全评估验收、日常检查、基础试验的需要。
In order to meet the needs of the development of urban rail transit infrastructure inspection in the new era, an on-board track geometry inspection system is developed. The system is mainly composed of on-board equipment and track-side workstation. Based on wireless communication links, the information exchange between on-board equipment and track-side workstation is completed, and the functions of data acquisition and transmission, remote control of trackside system and synchronous analysis of inspection data are realized. The test results show that the system is stable, reliable, accurate and repeatable. It greatly improves the inspection effi ciency, saves vehicle scheduling resources, and meets the needs of urban rail transit track safety assessment and acceptance, routine inspection and infrastructure test.
